Al Pastor Fish and pork tacos & Atun fried leek Tostadas

When ever traveling to Mexico City, I always stop by and say hi to my friends at Contramar in Colonial Roma. Located in one of my favorite neighborhoods in df. Gabriela Camara is the owner of this seafood driven restaurant designed like a seaside palapa in busy Mexico City. Boasting the best Atun with fried leeks tostadas in the city. They are a must, no matter how far you need to metro or drive to get there. Uber makes it quite easy theses days.
One of my favorite ceviches is their sea scallops with chili, onion, avocado, coriander, lime and olive oil.
With Al Pastor on almost every corner in df made with a pork, the trumpo rotates and is served with pineapple that has been caramelizing its sweet juices over the pork that is cooked very slow. It is impossible to eat only 3 or 4 of these tacos when eating at a true pastor restaurant, 8 to 10 is more realistic.
At Contramar they make a very unique pastor with a Jack fish that is marinated very similar to the pork version.
